Opening Hours Service & Collection

The opening hours of the individual locations are on this page. Always check the current situation on this page before you leave.
UB Singel and REC-H remain open during Easter holiday

From Friday, 18 April, to Monday, 21 April, the University Library Singel (UB) and the Library Learning Centre (REC-H) will remain open, while the other locations will be closed.

Please note that the opening hours differ from the regular schedule: the 'Service and Collection' desk at UB Singel is open until 18:00, while the building itself closes at 22:00. At REC-H, both the service desk and study rooms close at 18:00.

On King's Day (26 April), all locations, including UB Singel and REC-H, will be closed.

Going to location?

Bring your college card, employee card or library card. Unfortunately, access is not possible without a pass. Please note that library locations during exam periods are only accessible to UvA students and employees. All other pass holders can only pick up and return materials during these periods.
