How to register for FactSet

• You need an uva.nl email address to register for FactSet.
• You can apply for a FactSet account via https://advantage.factset.com/academic_idrequest
• If you don’t hear anything within 5 workdays, please contact Factset at support@factset.com

Where to find FactSet

• FEB / ABS Staff: FactSet can be found on UvA computers and UvA supported laptops in the Start menu > Software maintenance > Application catalogue. The program FactSet will be installed plus  the add in for Excel.

• Students: FactSet can be found on all computers on the Roeterseiland (Library, JK, etc.) and all computers in the UB Singel 425.

Next to that you can use FactSet online (i.e. from home). You can log in via http://My.FactSet.Com . Here you don’t have the Excel add in.
