The Open Science Community Amsterdam (OSCA) will present the ten winning projects by researchers, lecturers, students and support staff from across Amsterdam. The winners will pitch their projects and explain how they promote transparency and openness in research.

Diversity, equality, inclusion and accessibility

In addition, three guest speakers will address this year’s OSCAWARDS theme: “Diversity, equality, inclusion and accessibility”. Researchers Thomas Gültzow (Open University), Louise Bezuidenhout (Leiden University) and Olga Sooudi (University of Amsterdam) will discuss their work in the field of diversity, equality, inclusion and accessibility in science, followed by a panel discussion on how the scientific community – and the Open Science movement in particular – can enhance diversity, equality, inclusion and accessibility in science.

Whether you are actively involved yourself or just curious, you are very welcome. Come get inspired, meet people from the Open Science Community Amsterdam (OSCA) and join the conversation!
