Developments in AI are currently moving very quickly and are turning education upside down. There are new developments, tools, and ways of generating content that are both helping and hindering our capacity to deliver content and the way in which that content can be assessed.

In this workshop you will learn how to check your assessment for AI resilience, and get some strategies to help decide how to adjust your assessment and discuss creative options with your colleagues. Bring your own assessment and leave with some concrete steps toward an AI resilient assessment. 

After completing this workshop: 

  • you will have a better understanding of how GenAI impacts your assessment 
  • you will have a better understanding of how students use GenAI to complete assessments 
  • you will have some strategies that you can apply to a number of different assessments
