Access policy

The CEDLA Library is open to everyone for consultation of the collection. To borrow books you must have a valid library card. UvA and AUAS students can use their student ID card. UvA and AUAS staff can use their staff ID card. If you are not affiliated to the UvA or AUAS but wish to borrow publications from the Library, you may request a library card online. The Library has an extensive collection covering the social sciences, economy, human geography, history and culture of Latin America.

• There are a few spaces available to consult the collection.
• Collecting and returning books and other materials.
• Printing, copying and scanning. Go to student.uva.nl for more information about printing, copying and scanning.

Other facilities

• Safe deposit boxes.

Accessibility

The Library is located on the fifth floor, accessible by lift.
