The reporting point was set up at the Centre for Public Sector Labour Relations (CAOP), an independent organisation that handles employment-related matters. All reports received by the reporting point are treated confidentially. The CAOP registers the report and, in consultation with the person who made the report, forwards it to the UvA for further processing via the UvA's social safety facilities. The CAOP will monitor the timely follow-up of the reports by the UvA.
