The end of the coronavirus crisis is unfortunately not yet in sight. This remains a difficult and demanding time for us all. It is therefore important for the faculties and the central organisation to have a good understanding of the impact of the anti-corona measures on the well-being of students and staff, with a view to providing (improved) support. That is why, as in the final months of the previous academic year, the UvA Crisis Monitor is being launched again.

All students and staff * will receive an email asking them to complete a short questionnaire. The questions relate to concerns about the crisis, work / study pressure, the information provided by the UvA, and facilities for working or studying from home. The results of the Crisis Monitor help in formulating policy and making adjustments to its implementation. The results will also be reported in UvA newsletters and on the website.

The Crisis Monitor consists of repeated measurements. After the first questionnaire, students and staff will be asked to participate again once every eight weeks. Filling in the questionnaire takes about five minutes. You can read here about how your privacy is protected.

* With the exception of employees of the Amsterdam UMC and external PhD students, and with the exception of international exchange students.
