In this position she will fulfil two tasks:

• She will do the preparative work needed so that a permanent ombudsperson can be appointed by 1 September 2020 at the latest.
• She will serve as interim ombudsperson until her permanent successor is appointed.

After spending the first weeks on preparations, the aim is for Jacqueline to take up her active duties as interim ombudsperson from 1 November. More information introducing Jacqueline and about how to contact her will follow in a later newsletter.
