The student panel has been set up to gain better insight into the ideas, needs and opinions of students, thereby enabling the UvA to make targeted improvements in its services, information and facilities. Your opinion is needed!

How does it work?

All students are eligible to join. If you sign up for the student panel, you can take part in online surveys and panel meetings, in which the UvA will ask you about your ideas, needs and opinions on things like information services and facilities. Survey questions will not relate to education, courses and degree programmes as these are already covered by the UvA's course evaluations.

How will the UvA use the results?

Feedback from the student panel will give the UvA insight into the ideas, needs and opinions of students, which can be used to define concrete steps with which to improve services and facilities. All panel participants will be informed about the results and concrete changes and measures made, based on these results.

The panel will also enable the UvA to examine topics highlighted in the National Student Survey in greater detail. For this reason, the UvA encourages all students to evaluate their degree programme in the National Student Survey.

Every time you take part in a survey, you will receive a certain number of points. The more time you invest in the panel, the more points you can earn. These points can be saved online and, when you've saved enough, exchanged for a voucher to use at stores such as
