The new newspaper about the City Centre Campus is available now. In this issue Henk Danner discusses the University Theatre, also known as the Laboratory for Theatre Studies. ‘Everyone is welcome to visit the shows of the theatre students at the University Theatre on Nieuwe Doelenstraat’, Henk said.

Milan and Job from Off-screen, the study association for Media & Culture and Media & Information, are happy to be back on the City Centre Campus. Every Monday evening, in close consultation with the neighbourhood, they organise drinks at the Atrium Café.

Aart Oxenaar, the Director of Listed Buildings and Archaeology for the Municipality of Amsterdam, explains that both students and monuments are important to the city: ‘Students bring neighbourhoods to life.’

Last but not least, Gerard Nijsten, Maria Heijne and Cees van der Wolf, Directors of the Faculty of Humanities, University Library and Real Estate Development, tell us whether there will be ever a campus for the Humanities.
