A library skills workshop especially for GSSS students.
This is an introduction to encryption of research data. During this workshop you will get a basic understanding of what encryption is and when and why (or why not) to use this method for securing your data. The workshop will be hands on, and there will be time to practice with encryption software and related software like password managers.

The workshop Finding academic sources and the introductory RefWorks course can on request be embedded in a specific course. You provide us with a computer room with a beamer, and we’ll provide an expert teacher.
