From Wednesday, 28 April on, all students will once again be able to book a visit to the University Library once a week. On the study spaces page, you will find information on how to book, as well as the related University Library conditions.

Students can use the Mapiq Shifts booking system to reserve a study space once a week. Study spaces are available on all campuses. When the curfew ends, the opening hours will also be extended.

Individual study spaces: the University Library offers individual study spaces throughout the city. For an overview of all bookable study splaces, see our page about locations and opening hours or check out the possibilities in our Mapiq booking system. Students will be able to book from 26 April on.

Additional lecture rooms have also been made available as meeting rooms. In the meeting rooms (‘talking allowed’), you are allowed to talk and work together in groups of up to four, naturally taking the coronavirus measures into account.

The coronavirus measures will remain in place at the University Library and the following rules apply:

  • You must wear a face mask in the University Library. You may only remove the face mask at the actual study place. Stay 1½ metres away from others and follow the designated walking routes.
  • Follow the instructions of the staff present.
  • Do not occupy study places unnecessarily. Unable to attend? Cancel online before 23:59 and free up your study place for someone else.
